So you finally decided its time to get into shape! Your looking to lose weight, what do you do? How and where do you start? The first place you may go is to the internet, and do a some research. In the Google search bar you type LOSE WEIGHT.
Google returns a list as follows this is a fraction of what returns:

I was surprised in some respects, that Google returns 25,600,000 results on lose weight. You can spend hours reviewing the information returned from the Google search. Yes it is a lot of information to be digested if you can get to it. You will select what interests you. Hey, just look at society in general and the sad reality is the majority of people in North America are overweight.
Always take your time in evaluating the various programs out there. Stay away from programs promoting 5 or 10 pounds in your first week. Those can be dangerous. In my opinion you need to be careful when selecting a program to follow. After reviewing and selecting a program you want to follow, speak with your Doctor. If you have any medical challenges they can help reduce complications in dieting. There is so much out there that you may not know where there may be reactions to specific diets on lose weight. Your Doctor may not know but they see all types of challenges from lose weight diets. Chemical reactions from diets can create minor to major problems. You should consult with a professional when you lose weight that is my opinion.
The population today is so weight loss conscious, it is approximately a 40 plus multi billion dollar industry. Being weight conscious has created many problems for people even death. So when you plan to lose weight you don’t want to become a statistic. Newspapers have carried all sorts of articles about people that lose weight outside a controlled environment.
