For those of us who have tried, or are trying, to lose weight, we know how difficult it can be. For some of us it is so difficult that we sometimes just give up. Here is a very important tip that many people find somewhat difficult to comprehend because it involves eating more than three times a day. Did you know eating one meal every 3 hours you will speed up your metabolism? If you eat too much you will gain weight. You would be wise to focus on eating small balanced meals every few hours to keep your metabolism going strong. Focus on what you have to lose now and not this year. This is really critically important.
Ask someone how much fruit they eat and the response will probably be not enough, but one of the most healthy weight loss tips says to eat fresh fruit:
Eat apples, bananas, carrots and low-fat dip, or celery and low-fat dip instead of chocolate. It’s important to eat only fresh fruit, not canned or frozen fruit. Of course, fruits and vegetables are not only filling, but they also promote healthy, safe weight loss.
Not only is eating fruit helpful with your weight loss plan, but when you eat the fruit is also important. For example, eating fruit for breakfast will get you on the road to a healthier body without having to pump iron at the gym or take empty supplements. Also very important to weight loss is sleep. Obesity is a scary word, but even worse is the fact that it has grown into an epidemic. The reality is that our society has been conditioned to eating fast food (junk food) and created a fast way to get food that makes us fat. Sure, junk food tastes delicious, but it doesn’t have any nutritional value. ‘Real food’ tastes even better naturally and your body wants and needs it. We need to seriously change how much and what foods we eat. If foods you choose are not nutritious and beneficial to promoting good health, then they need to be eliminated from your diet. Your body is your temple and you should listen and give it what it needs or suffer the consequences.
